Street light for slot car tracks. Mounts to my guard rail system. Could be mounted directly to wood if a spot is cut out for the wires. I am using 3 SMD LEDS wired in series for the light with a 91 ohm resistor on a 12 volt power supply.
Street light pole revision 1 is a cone 14mm on the bottom and 12mm on the top. This pole is 155mm tall. Street light arm revision 1 is 8mm diameter. Light housing revision 1 has 8mm hole for the arm.
Street light pole revision 2 is a cone 10mm on the bottom and 8mm on the top. This pole is 155mm tall. Street light arm revision2 is 6mm diameter. light housing revision 2 has 6mm hole for arm
Both revision are the same height. I personally think revision 2 looks better, more to scale.
Street light pole revision 3 is a cone 10mm on the bottom and 8mm on the top. This pole is 175mm tall, 20mm taller than rev 2 to accommodate the top brace of the arm. Street light arm revision 3 is 6mm diameter and longer to better reach the track from the shoulder with a 4mm top brace. Revision 3 uses light housing revision 2
